Little Ones Social Skills Group
Who: Boys and Girls ages 3-6 needing pro-social skill development. Children with communication deficits or sensory needs benefit from this group.
In this psychotherapeutic group, children learn the important precursors of pro-social skill development in a nurturing environment. Through the use of story-telling, role-play and arts & crafts, children acquire the skills necessary to navigate the social challenges of this age group (i.e., aggression, independence, manners, using your words). Educational information is also provided to parents to assist their child throughout this developmental period.
